Agreed. Three cheers for Seamus. It was an interesting competition, as I would have been happy for anyone that won. As a bonus, he seems to be putting our money to good work.

WRT weight loss, I still feel like I am a sold 15 lbs away from feeling not so self conscious. I know it is all about fat %, but above 190 and I am just flabby.

157.3lbs today. Crazy unexpected but STOKED!

Agreed. I've got more to lose as well. Previous goal was 155. We'll see what happens. :D

Yeah. I'm thinkin I'm full-house too right now.

I'm trying to figure out a standing gym schedule so I can plan around stuff that's not just everybody's whim. Currently thinking....

M,W,F: Bountiful
T, Th: Sugarhood
Sat: Whatever

This could be swapped around depending on Satan's schedule, and Seamus's attendance.

Currently W is substituted with Capture the Flag.

Just had a chest day at the gym. I'd just eaten, but I officially topped back up at 160lbs. Time to make some changes again.

I need to do abs too. And everything else. Stupid crappy current lifestyle.

For what it's worth, I recommend alternating between jack-knives and bicycle crunches. They will both get you nice and sore. Finish off with a 60-second plank.
