I think these are a good start for a healthy drinks. I know you can't drink your way to shape, you still need to eat. If your always in a rush these can help.

THE INSTANT ENERGIZER
Turn on the juice!

(One serving)
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons frozen orange-juice concentrate
1 cup strawberries
1 kiwifruit

Ideally speaking I like to break down my caloric bank so that (roughly) 40% of my calories are coming from protein, 40% from carbs, 20% from fat.

The drinks you posted sound great, but are just too much effort for me. When I make a blended drink, it's usually much simpler. whey protein + ice + fruit

I've found that vanilla whey is the most versatile. It can easily be mixed with OJ concentrate as you mentioned above, or blueberries, or strawberries, or a banana, or.... ?

But I hate cleaning my blender. Haha.
