I am sure no one cares about my weight, but I needed a place to track it. It iwll not be perfect, since gym days I weigh myself in gym clothes. Tuesday 3/15: 218.9 Wednesday 3/16: 215.9 Thursday 3/17: 215.3 |

Tuesday: 210.1 at home. Lost 4 lbs in a day (weighed same time of day on same scale with same amount of clothes (which was none). I know I had an epic coke can yesterday, but DAMN! |

Wed 3/23: 212.0 at the gym. Is a good comparison to the 218.9 on 3/15 (same scale, same clothes, same time fo day), so I guess it is legit. lost almost 7 lbs in 8 days |

Way to go, tough guy. I'm gonna splode on your page too. Today my initial weigh at the gym was 168.3, and 167.9 when I left. I had a hefty dook on board and I'd just consumed approx 16oz of water (AND CAFFEINE) before going to the gym. I suspect 168 flat is a reasonable measurement of my dead weight. |

Saturday (3/26): 208.5 at home Monday (3/28): 208.0 at home Wow, I am down over 6lbs since last Monday. I don't even really feel like I am on a diet. Jsut some workouts and getting rid of the complete crap I eat. Thanks Wudda for your help! |
