Post subject:  The big 3-4

I turned 34 yesterday. I figured I might as well document some of my health and fitness statistics to see if I improve over the next year. here it is:

weight:196.9 (home scale)
fat %: about 22% (guess)

bench: about 175 (1RM)
Dips: 4
pullups: 1-2
deadlift: no idea, but probably around 200 1RM
squat: no idea, but probably about 135 1RM

conclusion: I need to lose some fat and gain some muscle.
