Final weigh in: 205.1 Lost 10 lbs in a motnh (actually lost 10 lbs in about 2 weeks, then lost some more, and gained it back).

I only lost about 5lbs during that time, but my body is MUCH more shapely than it previously was. My previous disdain with my physique has been replaced with general happiness and hope for the future.
